It was a super poor experience. 13 days without a car for a 1/2 day fix at a different dealership then I dropped the car at, and it was moved across town before I could approve it.

Had a great experience. I bought a used Toyota RAV4 and the salesman was forthcoming and willing to listen while also not being pushy. The molding under the driver seat was loose and they replaced for free. My fob did not have a skeleton key and after talking to the manager over the phone, he said they would cover the cost of the replacement. You never know what you’re gonna get with a used vehicle but honestly, I’d go back to this dealership in a second.

Brandon was great to work with!! I had my brakes done stopped in and paid my bill then he put it outside when they were done for me to pickup when I had time.
The cost is reasonable and waiting time is okay too for oil change, they gave me updates while I was waiting

My "Lane Departure" warning would go off when I was approximately a foot from lane lines on the passenger side of the vehicle. It was extremely sensitive and there was constant beeping. Then I noticed the BRAKE! warning would go off randomly when there were no cars immediately ahead of me and nothing crossing in front of me. It would happen at highway speeds and freak me out.

I wanted to buy my car from a different state and have it delivered. This was not as difficult as I anticipated and the procss made seamless by my sales associate Dominic.
Took my vehicle in for service and was informed that my driver side door harness need to be replaced. I was told that they needed to order the harness and the repair would be completed not until the following day. I drop my gladiator 03/31 at 8 am got a phone call from Simon at 4ish and was I told that they beat the clock buzzer and my gladiator was ready for pick up same day.
